Return Policy – EasyShopCTG

At EasyShopCTG, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1️⃣ Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

2️⃣ Return Request Time

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3️⃣ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and documents must be included

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Return requests made after the allowed time

6️⃣ Replacement or Refund

After the returned product is verified, EasyShopCTG may offer:

  • Refund via mobile banking or other agreed method

Delivery charges may apply depending on the situation.
