Delivery Rules – EasyShopCTG

At EasyShopCTG, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review the following delivery rules.

1️⃣ Delivery Time

• Inside major cities: 1–2 business days

• Outside major cities: 1–3 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

2️⃣ Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and courier service. The exact delivery fee will be confirmed during order confirmation.

3️⃣ Delivery Confirmation

Customers may receive a confirmation message or call before delivery. Please make sure your phone number is active and reachable.

4️⃣ Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

• The phone number is unreachable

• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete

• The customer refuses to receive the order

In such cases, the order may be canceled.

5️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, customers must complete the payment when the courier delivers the package.

6️⃣ Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to check the package condition before accepting the order. If the package appears damaged, please inform the courier and contact EasyShopCTG support immediately.
